An HR Assistant plays a key role in assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks. They are responsible for supporting HR processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Handle employee benefits administration and enrollment
• Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee data
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Handle employee relations issues and assist with disciplinary actions
