Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating job postings and scheduling interviews
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and processing paperwork
• Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts and complaints, in a professional and confidential manner
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
