Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing employee relations and handling grievances
• Performance management and employee appraisal
• Training and development of employees
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
