HR Generalist Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support and coordination in the various human resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Coordinate employee onboarding, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring new employees are set up for success
• Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing coaching and support to managers and employees
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
