Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Administer employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
• Manage HR projects, such as training programs and diversity initiatives
