As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization
• Manage and update employee records and databases
• Conduct training sessions on HR related topics
• Stay current on legal requirements and best practices in HR
