HR Senior Officer Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback
