Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Act as a consultant to managers on human resources-related issues
• Advise on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development
• Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure timely and successful hiring of top talent
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
