Job Description: IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Providing IT support to end-users and troubleshooting issues
• Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Creating and maintaining documentation for IT procedures and systems
• Managing network servers and technology tools

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and system installation and configuration
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery methods
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
