Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users in person and remotely
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain and update IT systems and networks
• Assist with cybersecurity measures and data protection
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
• Keep track of IT inventory and equipment
• Train users on how to use IT systems and software
