IT Service Desk Engineer

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution
  • Create and update documentation for systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer systems

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate tickets to higher-level support when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions
  • Train end users on software and hardware systems

Skill Sets:
