The KG Assistant Teacher will assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for kindergarten students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Support lead teacher in classroom management and behavior guidance
• Help students with social, emotional, and academic development
• Assist in preparing and organizing classroom materials
• Supervise students during activities and playtime

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy for working with young children
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
