Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor quality control and safety standards on site
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or maintenance process
• Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution

Skill Sets:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to MEP systems
• Experience working in construction or facilities management
