Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff management, budgeting, and plant care.
• Develop and implement nursery policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and supervise nursery staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet customer demand.
• Ensure the nursery maintains a high standard of plant quality and customer service.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the nursery and attract new customers.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in nursery management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plant care and horticultural practices.
• Ability to manage staff and motivate team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
