• Manage and oversee physical security projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, budget estimates, and timelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Supervise project team members and ensure they are meeting project requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
