The QA QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meet the highest standards. They will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues and implement effective quality control measures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality defects and develop solutions
• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
