Store Supervisor Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure smooth functioning of the store, managing inventory levels and restocking as needed
• Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance on customer service and product knowledge
• Manage financial transactions, including cash handling and daily sales reports
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and health regulations
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets

Skill Sets:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail store operations and customer service best practices
• Experience with inventory management and POS systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
