Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Analyze and evaluate project plans to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process
• Prepare and submit bids to potential clients
• Provide timely and accurate cost reports to project managers
