Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and address areas for improvement in our quality control processes
• Analyze data and metrics to track and report on quality performance
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor quality control staff

Skill Sets

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus
