Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
• Train employees on proper safety protocols and procedures
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date on safety regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards
• Coordinate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and awareness

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in safety management or related field is a plus
