Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with special needs and creating inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special educational needs
• Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student learning and well-being
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity and acceptance
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay current on best practices in SEN education
