The Senior Cybercrime Security Specialist is responsible for safeguarding an organization's digital assets and preventing cybercrime activities. They work proactively to detect and respond to cyber threats, conduct investigations into security incidents, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect against cybercrime activities.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
• Conduct forensic investigations into security incidents and data breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Train and educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to conduct forensic investigations and analyze security incidents.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH are preferred.
