Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and selecting candidates
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate performance management processes and provide coaching and support to managers and employees
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
