Job Description:

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department and ensuring that customer service standards are met. They are also responsible for managing a team of technicians, scheduling service appointments, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of service technicians
• Schedule service appointments and assign tasks to technicians
• Ensure that services are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of service department performance and customer feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service department efficiency
• Train and mentor service department staff
