Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer service representatives
• Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer service
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train and coach customer service representatives
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
