Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure work is being carried out safely and on schedule
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and clients

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
