Job Description:

The Senior QA QC Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical engineering projects meet the highest quality standards. This individual will be tasked with implementing and managing quality control systems, conducting inspections and audits, and providing guidance to the engineering team on best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems for mechanical engineering projects
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on quality control processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results
• Communicate quality control issues and recommendations to senior management

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
• Experience in implementing quality control systems in a mechanical engineering environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide leadership on quality control issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
