Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the station
• Manage a team of employees and ensure smooth communication and teamwork
• Create schedules for staff and assign tasks as needed
• Ensure station is clean, organized, and up to company standards
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
• Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor station performance and identify areas for improvement
• Train new employees on station procedures and protocols
• Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times
