The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition team in finding and recruiting top talent for the organization. This role will involve assisting with various aspects of the recruiting process and helping to coordinate interviews and screenings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and platforms
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist with decision-making
• Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and an interest in talent acquisition
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
