The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of top talent for the organization. They develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
• Ensure compliance with all recruiting laws and regulations
• Analyze recruiting metrics to track and improve recruitment effectiveness
• Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team
