Job Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations within the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse safety. They will also be in charge of leading a team of warehouse employees and ensuring that all operations are running efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise a team of warehouse employees
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure inventory levels are adequate
• Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to warehouse staff
• Ensure the safety of all warehouse employees and comply with all safety regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
