Job Description: Welding Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop welding techniques and procedures
• Perform welding inspections and quality control
• Provide technical support and guidance to welding personnel
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure weldability of products
• Troubleshoot welding issues and implement solutions

Skill Sets:

1. Strong knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
2. Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
3. Experience with welding equipment and machinery
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
5. Certification in welding or related field is a plus
