AC Supervisor Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
• Manage a team of AC technicians and ensure proper scheduling and workload management
• Ensure that all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
• Inspect and troubleshoot AC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Train and mentor new technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
