The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, analyzing and interpreting financial data, and providing support to the finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Prepare and process payroll
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
• Assist with audits and tax filings

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certification as a CPA or CMA is preferred
