The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the organization's strategic goals and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Administer employee benefit programs
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies
