The PMO & Transition Lead is responsible for overseeing project management office functions and overseeing the transition of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project management processes and standards
• Provide guidance and support to project managers
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Lead the transition of projects from initiation to completion
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery

Skill Sets:

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience managing project budgets and resources
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Previous experience in a PMO role or similar capacity
