The Accounts Receivable & Payable role in the real estate sector is responsible for managing the finances of the company, ensuring that all payments are received and processed accurately and on time. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and other departments within the organization to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and billing clients for services rendered.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up with clients on outstanding payments.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
• Processing payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

Skill Sets:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not required.
