Job Description: Admin & Admissions Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks within the admissions office
  • Coordinate the admissions process for new students, including application review and interviews
  • Communicate with prospective students and provide information about the admissions process and program offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and admissions decisions
  • Assist with recruiting events and campus tours
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
