Admin Assistant Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for upper management.
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support the office team with any other tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
