An Andrology Technician is responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assess and treat male reproductive health. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating male infertility and other reproductive conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze semen samples for fertility testing
• Perform sperm preparation for treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF)
• Assist in the evaluation and treatment of male reproductive health issues
• Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality control procedures
• Provide support and education to patients regarding fertility treatments
