Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Semen Analysis: Perform comprehensive semen analysis, including assessing sperm concentration, motility, and morphology.

 

2. Sperm Freezing: Handle and process sperm samples for freezing, ensuring their viability and proper storage.

 

3. Sperm Preparation for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): Utilize both Density Gradient and Swim-up methods to prepare sperm samples for IUI procedures.

 

4. DNA Fragmentation (DFI): Conduct DNA fragmentation tests to evaluate sperm health and viability.

 

Required Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

 

- Minimum 2 years of experience in andrology procedures, including semen analysis, semen freezing, and IUI preparation.

- Proficiency in performing and interpreting various andrology tests and procedures.

- A deep understanding of reproductive health and related medical terminology.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test result reporting.
