We are seeking experienced Artistic Gymnastics Coaches to work with our athletes on developing their skills, technique, and performance in the sport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a passion for coaching athletes to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes of varying skill levels
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to athletes during practice sessions
• Create and oversee practice schedules and competition plans
• Work with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and productive training environment
• Attend competitions and provide support and guidance to athletes during events
• Monitor and evaluate athletes' progress and adjust training plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with athletes and their parents to provide updates on progress and performance

Skill Sets:

• Strong background in Artistic Gymnastics with experience in coaching athletes at a competitive level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to perform at their best
• Knowledge of proper training techniques and strategies for gymnastics
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in gymnastics
• Certification in gymnastics coaching preferred
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate practice and competition schedules
