Job Description:
a. Contributing to the preparation of the Programme implementation and financial systems in field
office
b. Facilitating timely disbursal of Programme funds to various activities in the field and compiling SOEs
for the Programme and submitting them to the Accounts Officer, Trusts
Account Department
c. Ensure that the expenditures are in accordance with approvals received from Trusts
d. Maintain Programme accounts
e. Coordinate with the Cluster level workers to ensure that the statement of expenditures (SOEs) are
prepared and sent to the Trusts on time
f. Such other duties as may be assigned by the Programme Coordinator, Development officers and
Accounts Department
Qualification competencies and skills
a) Education - Master of Commerce/accounting or related university degree
b) Work Experience - A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience in handling accounts and
administrative task related to program implementation, especially in NGO/nonprofit sector.
