The Assistant Manager-BCM and ORM will be responsible for assisting the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) functions within the organization. They will work closely with the BCM and ORM Manager to ensure that the company's business continuity plans and operational risk management processes are up to date and in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining the company's business continuity plans
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational risks
• Implement controls and mitigation strategies to address identified risks
• Ensure that business units are prepared for potential disruptions or emergencies
• Coordinate testing and exercises of business continuity plans
• Provide training and awareness to employees on BCM and ORM best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BCM and ORM

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of business continuity management principles
• Knowledge of operational risk management frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and assess complex situations
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant certification in BCM or ORM is a plus
