Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the team or department
• Help develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the team
• Provide leadership and support to team members
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff
• Monitor and analyze team performance and provide feedback to the manager
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration
