An Assistant Relationship Manager works closely with a Relationship Manager to assist in managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. They are responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in day-to-day tasks and activities related to client communication and service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Support Relationship Manager in client meetings and follow-up actions
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and new client acquisitions

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
