The Assistant Resident Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Resident Engineer in overseeing construction projects and ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines. This role will involve assisting with on-site inspections, monitoring construction activities, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring the quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer in monitoring daily construction activities
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Document and report on project progress and any challenges faced
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
