Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Oversee medication administration and documentation
• Assist with staff scheduling and assignments
• Participate in performance evaluations and training programs
• Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and management

Skill Sets:

• Current RN license
• Previous experience in a leadership role
