The Associate Director - Catering is responsible for overseeing all catering operations and managing a team of catering staff. They work closely with clients to plan and execute catering events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing catering sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Collaborating with clients to customize catering menus and services for their events
• Supervising catering staff and ensuring efficient and professional service at all events
• Managing catering budgets and expenses to meet financial goals
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service
• Managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff and equipment
• Providing leadership and guidance to the catering team to achieve excellence in customer service
