The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring all proposals are submitted on time and meet the requirements set forth by the client. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the Bid Coordinator will be in constant communication with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the bid process from start to finish
• Review bid documents and ensure all requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals
• Prepare and submit bid proposals in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients to answer any questions or provide additional information
• Maintain a database of bid documents and proposal templates
• Track and report on bid outcomes and success rates
